GS724TP-200EUS FIRMWARE UPGRADE
Please assist, my switch firmware version is 1.1.1.25. i wants to upgrade to newer firmware.
it keeps timing out during firmware upgrade

Instead of using the legacy SCC (challenging in various aspects), please use the switch WebUI for the firmware upgrade, and all the typical admin tasks.
Carefully review the release notes https://kb.netgear.com/000066500/GS724TPv2-GS724TPP-Firmware-Version-2-0-8-20 since the update from v1.1.x requires two steps, first flashing an intermediate 1.1.1., version, followed by the v2.x image.
