Based on the logs you posted, port 4 isn't the culprit and it's most likely port 24.
Were you able to disable L2 Loop Protection to see if that resolved the issue?
If not, please provide a screenshot showing the ports' VLAN configuration on Switching > VLAN > Advanced > Port PVID Configuration.

Thank you, wish I was here under better circumstances.
I did disable the L2 Loop Protection.
The problem hasn't reappeared yet, but it still may be too early to know if it has been resolved as it keeps happening 1 week + 1 day after the previous time or so it seems.
I've attached a screenshot of the VLAN port config. I'm not an expert in switching, but I don't see any errors. It's a very basic setup.
VLAN 1 - native VLAN - WAP
VLAN 25 - security cameras/NVR
VLAN 33 - Comcast VoIP phones, self contained as it has it's own modem to the internet
I do have a working theory as to the cause of the problem, the SONOS system installed at the location. They are all hardwired, except 1 speaker which is wireless. When hardwired they are supposed to disable/not use the wireless. These are the only devices on the network with multiple network connections and the only ones that I can see being the cause. While they aren't connected to the GS724TP directly, the wireless access points are and if they are, for some reason, using the wireless network, that may be causing the loop. Yesterday, I manually disabled the wireless option on each of the speakers except for the one that isn't hardwired.
To give a better idea of the physical setup:
Meraki MX67 Port 3 > Un-managed Netgear Switch > Un-managed SONOS Netgear Switch
Meraki MX67 Port 4 > GS724TP Port 24
I really didn't want to make 2 changes to the network at once (troubleshooting 101), but I really couldn't afford to have the network go down again. If the network is stable for the next few days or even the next week, I will re-enable the L2 Loop Protection.

In a wired set-up, Sonos does tend to put up the spanning loop to a to high priority, leading to the Sonos creating a link between the wired ports and switches, preferring the wireless link between the Sonos devices. Awful, ego network design, not caring about the reality of modern switches. A wired switch network is always much better than this Sonsos WiFi wireless "mesh" - but the ridiculous Sonos STP default (unsure if these can be changed now on this IoJ) make the STP/RSTP/MSTP infrastructure to have the lower priority - and the (wrong) link will be shutdown instead.

It's unbelievable Sonos does expect end users to learn STP, and what effectively needs to be configured on a real world L2 switch.
Rule of thumb, from the Netgear Smart Managed Switches default config, just enable at least STP, better RSTP (backward compatible to STP). The only required variable to adjust is the Configuration Revision Level - in fact this does define the STP priority.
Also, ignore and disable this L2 Loop Protection - Sonos does make use of STP, so it's the Sonos mesh which must decide to shutdown a link from this Sonos Mesh, never the switch in most real world configs.
