I found my switch on LAN with Discover Tool and got its IP but admin page (purple button) is not reachable through browser.
To be able to reach the switch WebUI, it's management IP address needs to be in the same IP subnet as your computer.
Is the switch getting an IP address from the DHCP server (typically the Internet router), or is it set to a fixed static IP address? What IP address is discovered for the switch? Does restarting the switch (power cable) assign an IP address in the same LAN subnet like your computers and mobiles?
Last but bit least, the GS724TPv3 isn't a Managed Switch model, much more a Smart Managed switch. Thus I've requested a moderator to move this thread to the appropriate community section.

Probably, that's also why my TV box not now find my internet router box when it go through the switch.
Your answer is the like the tip/diagnostic give in Discover Tool of Netgear if i find it on LAN but not reach admin page by webUI. I noticed that is a subnet problem but don't know where i can check it and modify it to solve my problem.
When i ping this IP it fails, nothing returned.
The switch had a IP with the DHCP server of my router then i've defined it "static" with my manager router interface.
Nothing change.
Help will be appreciated. Thanks.
- Unless there is some specific VLAN config on the switch, all ports are working on the same broadcast domain, connecting to the same IP subnet.
The Netgear Switch Discovery Utility does show both the computer adapter and it's IP address the utility is active on, and the discovered switch LAN IP address.
Please post both IP addresses.
Note: For both the ping reply as well as the WebUI access, both the computer and the switch must be in addresses in the very same IP subnet.IP of the PC where Discover Tool is running : 192.168.0.26
IP of Switch NETGEAR GS724TPv3 : 192.168.0.78
