Is the issue happening only when there is a lot of traffic on the network? Or does it happen even with little traffic? If it is the latter then setting QoS may not help. Can you check if bypassing the switch resolves the issue? Is this happening to all devices using Teams or just on specific computer?

Hi thank you for the reply.
It appears to happen only with one particular device when using Teams (and little other traffic).
