Hi,
I have a GS724Tv4 in my network. It had been rock-steady for several years, however, now I keep loosing connectivity with it (cannot access VLAN 1) management IP, and, "Smart control Center"tool can't even "see" it (no mac or anything). I tired factory reset several times...no luck. Cannot access it. When powered up, all LEDs stay lit continuously and no port activity at all....almost as if it is stuck in re-boot state.
Any suggestions?
Serial number is, "(Removed_SN/Netgear)", and I purchased from someone on Craig's list several years ago...no receipt or anything.
I really like this switch....Any suggestions?
