GS748TPS ports 1-24 won’t communicate with ports 24-48
Some strange thing happening in this switch. Hope someone can help.
The first 24 ports communicate with each other fine. But they don’t communicate with ports 25 to 48.
I can only access the switch (either by DHCT or it’s own IP address) from ports 24+ Dispute it transferring data correctly.
I’ve factory reset the switch several time and updated the firmware. Nothing has altered its patten.
It sounds like Vlan issue to me but after a factory reset I’m sure it should do this.

Welcome to our community! :)
It seems that you are trying to communicate with the other 24 ports from your switch. It would be best if you will check the VLAN membership page and check if ports 25-48 are assigned to a different VLAN and go to PVID Configuration and check if they are on the same PVID. This should resolve the issue once everything is on the same network.

- siptashAspirantI’ve reset the switch. Owing this reset any Vlans? When I look at the vlan options I only have 1 listed, the default one.
I’ll give what you said a go on Monday though.
