GS908E USB power ports whine

Using the USB power ports on my GS908E. Both/either port(s) whine when I plug in a device (raspi zero w, wyze camera, usb fan).

 

Whine stops when I unplug everything. Maybe power regulator? Any ideas?

 

It's still in warranty. TIA.
