Had to replace switches with GS724TPv3

Good day

I am very new to the Netgear range as I have been working mostly with Cisco and Juniper. Anyway, I had a major storm which took out all the switches and as the powers that be will not fork out the money for Juniper, so Netgear GS724TPv3 switches were put in their places.

I have two routers.

One is for the DATA range on VLAN1 or default, DHCP on connected to Port 24 of Switch 1
One is for the VoIP range on VLAN3, DHCP on connected to Port 23 of switch 1. Port 23 is tagged for Trunk

Port 26 of switch 1 trunks to Port 25 of switch 2.  Port 24 of switch 2 trunks to Port 24 of switch 3

I have no issue with the DATA VLAN and that is working great and receiving DHCP for its respective IP range across all switches.

However,
I am struggling to get the VoIP IP range on VLAN3 to come through. How do I allow the DHCP from the VoIP router to pass onto the ports along with the DATA DHCP??

I am using Yealink phones connected to the ports and the PC/Laptop connects to the phone.

Any assistance in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
