If the switch management interface is configured by DHCP, you need to change the DHCP config, resp. the assignment between the switch admin MAC address and the IP address assigned. On one hand, define a different IP address there (in the IP pool range typically), on the other hand the DNS server IP should be excluded from the DHCP range or reserved by putting in a "random" (or the real DNS server adapter) MAC address so it's reserved either way.

If I assign the switch static ip for temporay will the switch drop ?
How do I add different ip address to the DHCP since it gray out ?

Changing the IP address should be possible - but keep in mind that routing could be involved, too.

DHCP address assignment is done by the DHCP server, not on the device, and so is the management. Could be the router on smaller sites, some server, some Microsoft AD, some switch, ... your IT should know.
