Issue with Multicast on several switch model

Hello,

We are a group of manufacturers working in the Entertainment industry willing to report issues related to multicast on several Netgear switch models.

R&D manufacturers had to modify firmware across several brands worldwide to accommodate Netgear issues, which is not what we should be doing.

For example: similar issues with: GS305EP -GS110TP

Would it be possible to get direct contact with Netgear support to explain our issues?

 It is very specific, and we need to send files like Wireshark capture showing clearly the issue.
