JGS524PE Dead ports
Hi,
Trying to get support, chat queues are busy all the time, meanwhile the switch ports are getting dead, at the beginning it was just degradation of speed from 1g to 100m to 10m up until it got dead,
Tried restart, factory reset, nothing work.
IP is also getting from time to time wrong address although it has a static IP,
Tried to replace cable, doesn't solve it,
Tried open a ticket, no response... great product and service.

Tried open a ticket, no response...While chat support is not available, phone (with a phone number to call, and a reference to be provided) and email support (turnaround time 24..48 hours) remains available in most markets.
Last resort is to follow the [Request Hardware Support] offered
NETGEAR Support will contact you via email after reviewing the request. 8-)
