Dead ProSAFE Plus 24 Port Switch with PoE (JGS524PE)

This switch stopped working and has a limited lifetime warranty but when I try to open a support case it says, "The chat queue is busy right now. Try again soon." What good does it do to have this if Netgear blocks your ability to use the lifetime hardware warranty??? What do I do?

    On https://my.netgear.com/ -> MyNETGEAR -> My Registered Products - on this list, click on the registered device, and follow the [Request a Hardware Replacement]. With the RMA number available, you should get a phone number to call ...

      Phone support is not an option. Chat is the only option.

        When I do the "Request a Hardware Replacement" it says "Something went wrong. Please try again later"
