Management OP can be reached on app vlans
GS105Ev2
Configured for Basic, port based vlans
port 1-4 vlan 1
port 5 vlan 10
All ports are access ports
With this configuration the management interface can be reached on both vlan 10 and vlan 1, I want it reachable only on vlan 10
I can't seem to fond any setting for the manage vlan

Hi rc42 ,
You posted this question in the Managed Switch section (www.netgear.com/managed) but your switch is a Smart Managed/Plus switch so not sure there.
What I can tell you: on the Managed Switches, the VLAN interfaces are routed, hence they can reach the Web GUI, or telnet etc. To manage that better, Managed Switches offer Management ACL to restrict the management interfaces to a list of approved IPs only.
I don't think the Smart Managed/Plus switches offer that possibility, but to let you get answers on that product line, I am moving this thread to the relevant section of the Community. Good luck!

As explained several times (and I'm not Netgear) most of the earlier Plus switches, are built on a non-managed, just configurable unmanaged switch core, extended by a simple 8051-style Micro Controller, listening to all traffic on the switch to implement not only NSDP or Web UI, also for handling the ICMP snooping. The administration (being Web UI, being the Netgear Switch Discovery Protocol NSDP) does always work on untagged frames (== access ports ... tagged frames are not detected accordingly) - there is nothing like management VLAN. At no point Netgear has promoted or sold the Plus switches as a cheap replacement of a managed or smart switch.
Some bigger and newer Plus switches models like XS7**E/EM, XS5**E/EM, MS108EUP are built on managed cores, supporting a real management VLAN.
Always amazing to me on how some brokers or second-hand resellers are falsely designating these as Managed Switches.
Note: This applies to Plus switches only as mentioned (including the Gaming Switches). Switches offered as Smart Managed Switches are fully supporting management VLANs fellow LaurentMa
