The power supply delivered with the MS108EUP model KPM254R-VI, the printed specs say 54V, 4.7A, 254W
Not so fun fact, this vendor is better assorted on Netgear and other power supplies 8-) It's available in India https://www.mibstech.com/buy-netgear-ac-adapter-54v-4.7a-254w
Challenge the Netgear support for a matching spare part. 8-)

thank you very much for your detailed replies - very much appreciated.
"KPM254R-VI" seems to be hard to acquire (in Germany/EU), but now that I have seen that part, it very much looks like that any powerful 54V PSU should do the trick.
I will utilize only a fraction of the PoE specs, so the Netgear EPS200W (54V, 3.7 amps, 200W) will be a good fit.
