This isn't about a DHCP server on the switch. Much more, it's the common default setting of such devices to get a valid IP config from your local DHCP server, typically on your home or small-business router.
Of course, you might think about setting a static IP config of the switch admin Web UI. This does proof difficult the day where customers are simply changing their router. So better keep it on DHCP. If desired, you can make a reservation for that MAC-address <> IPv4 address pair on your router. This is the common vest effort solution to ensure no other devices on the LAN are using the same IP address on error.
