After extracting the two files (we just need the GS728_752TP_TPP_V6.0.10.10.bix), start from 24-Port and 48-Port Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ Smart Switches with 4 SFP Ports User Manual p.492 "Use HTTP to download a file to the switch or update the software image". Web UI Maintenance > Download > HTTP File Download.  Yes... Download (physically correct*, with the Web UI session you sit on the switch and download the firmware == Software image. *Logically somewhat strange). 

 

Mind you, these switches have two firmware image partitions. Depending on what was done before, the switch might be configured to boot from image2. Check these FMI:  

 

Maintenance > File Management > Dual Image > Dual Image Status

 

and

 

Maintenance > File Management > Dual Image > Dual Image Configuration

 

Good behaviour would be to put the new image into the "other" not yet active image, when ready activate that other image, and Maintenance > Reset > Device Reboot when the network operation status does allow.

No CLI required. Alternates would be tftp for the file transfer (much more complex, and much more reading!), or transfer the file from an USB device (controlled from the Web UI for simplicity again).
