Orbi AX6000 RBR850 WAN AND LAN PORTS NOT WORKING On Router AFTER FIRMWARE UPDATE

My OrbiAX6000 mesh router and satellites have been working flawlessly for over a year. Yesterday I started getting a "Wifi test Deep link" message from my router which I assumed was a breach of some sort so I updated the firmware which I hadn't done since I first set it up. Once the firmware update was complete the router was no longer connected to the internet. I performed several power downs of over 10 minutes and still nothing. I checked the internet from the Modem and it is still working fine so for some reason it's not reading the WAN Port on the router. I tried connecting via the LAN ports on the router by ethernet directly to my computer (IMAC) and it won't open up the router software. Currently I can only log into the router via Wifi connection coming from the router.

I've reset the router to factory settings several times and installed earlier firmware (Can't seem to be able to install lower than RBR850-V4.6.3.9) to see if I could fix the problem but nothing has worked. The only thing I can think of is that the firmware update disabled my WAN and LAN ports somehow and I have run out of ideas on how to fix this issue.

I am dependent on this Mesh system for my remote work so any help would be greatly appreciated.

These false notifications had been explained more than 24 hours ago already. ->

    Multiple Push Notifications
20 hours ago (at the time of confirmation)

Earlier today, Orbi App users were sent multiple push notifications about guest WiFi. If you received one of these notifications, you can safely ignore it. The notifications were sent accidentally during an internal test. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Less panic would have been the smarter way...

Completely off topic here in this "Plus And Smart Switches Forum" section. Head to Orbi WIFI 6 (AX) AND Wi-Fi 6E (AXE) Mesh Systems  section to discuss Orbi AX/AXE (RBK3, 7, 8, and RBKE9 Series) mesh products.

Thanks but this doesn't solve my issue or explain how what should be a routine firmware update rendered my router totally useless.

Please try to understand you talk to other community members, not to paid Netgear support.

Not everyone reading this Plus And Smart Switches Forum (this is where you posted off-topic) can be familiar with these consumer Orbi systems, even if the other community member have high competence on many different small business products. I can try to promote your post to a moderator much more familiar on your Orbi system KevinLiT and Blanca_O , or ask you again to re-post in the appropriate section.

Afraid, this is all I can do for you here.
