ProSafe JGS524 v2 --- a port is Yellow, but not passing signal …

ProSafe JGS524 v2 --- a port is lit Yellow, but not passing signal …

       others are lit Green, and passing signal ...

         I don't know what's wrong ...

             It's Cat5e ethernet cable is a little over 160 ft ... could that be an issue?

    On  most LAN ports yellow (or not green)  means that it is connected to a device that has a 100 Mbps LAN port.

     

    You can confirm this by checking the manual

     

    Visit the support pages:

    Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.

    As to "not working", a bit of experimentation will confirm if it is the port or the connected device.
