Prosafe plus utility hangs

I have a problem connecting with this prosafe plus utility. When I connect I can fill in the password but then the tool hangs forever. I already uninstalled everyting and installed the latest tool ...

    ProSAFE Plus Utility Version?

    3rd party firewall software in place, especially on Windows?
    Running as administrator on Windows?

    The OS is windows 10 x64 latest fall creaters update.

    The utility is the latest version 2.7.2

    Yes I am running the tool as Admin.

      Just solved my problem. The Bitdefender antivirus software was causing the problem.

        Great, that's why I had asked about. All this 3rd party Internet "security" crap does cause more issues than what it ever helps.
