It seems that you were having issues with creating VLAN with your switch. May I know what do you want to achieve on the new VLAN? Are you planning to create a routing on the VLAN that you created or you just wanted to assign tagged and untagged ports? You can assign ports by going to Switching > VLAN > Advanced > VLAN Membership.
Please also make sure that the switch is running on the latest firmware. If not, please do upgrade the firmware to its latest version.

Hi John,
I had created 15 previous routing Vlans with no issue.. but hit the error when trying to add the 16th routable Vlan. It appears that 15 routable VLans is the limit for this switch. Is this the case?
