s3300-28x-poe+ POE not working

We have been using POE without any problem, but starting a few days ago, POE no longer works. I tried login switch, System -> PoE page, but no screen appeared. I checked the logs and the following records appeared.

Kindly try to access the web-GUI using a different browser or use Incognito mode on Chrome and check if the PoE Configuration page will load.
If the PoE Configuration page won't load, perform a factory reset. Afterwards, check if the PoE Configuration page will load. If still won't load, please open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here as soon as possible for further assistance.
