Kindly try to access the web-GUI using a different browser or use Incognito mode on Chrome and check if the PoE Configuration page will load.
If the PoE Configuration page won't load, perform a factory reset. Afterwards, check if the PoE Configuration page will load. If still won't load, please open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support here as soon as possible for further assistance.
