S3300-28X-PoE+ ProSAFE no POE power - power page won't show any details
I tried the latest firmware s3300v6.6.4.26 as well as the previous.

I can go to any page on the management gui EXCEPT the power page. If I select any of the POE options it shows a blank right pane and I can no longer go to any previous or new management web pages.
I have tried a factory reset from the reset button as well as the gui - they do reset it to factory defaults but no luck on POE.
I have tried two different power cords at different outlets - used one which was powering another Netgear POE switch.
I have tried multiple POE devices with different ethernet cables - no luck - same devices and cables work on other netgear poe switch.

Based from your initial post, your S3300-28X-PoE+ needs to be replaced. I suggest you to open a support ticket with NETGEAR Support at anytime here. Kindly state the status of your S3300-28X-PoE+ as well as the troubleshooting steps you did to isolate the problem. Be sure to upload a soft copy of the Proof of Purchase of your S3300-28X-PoE+ for warranty verification. If the hardware warranty is still valid, an online replacement will be processed.

Had the exact same issue here in the UK.
Just had the switch replaced (limited lifetime warranty thankfully) by Netgear with a GS728TXPv3.
All good but the newer switches no longer have the copper 10G ports on ports 25 and 26 - so pack those 10G copper SFP's ;-) should you need 10G copper support.
