Stacking GS810EMX switches @ 10GB

Hi,

Is it possible to stack the GS810EMX switch?

The way I see it, it would be wired like so:

  1. Asus RT-AX89X router 10GB base T port connected to GS810EMX (1) multi port 1
  2. GS810EMX (1) multi port 2 connected to GS810EMX (2) multi port 1
  3. GS810EMX (2) multi port 2 to PC
  4. All other LAN ports to various ethernet devices?

Is there a 1U rack mount kit available for this unit as I have a dynamix 6 bay cabinet already.

thanks

You can set-up these connections as described - however this isn't what stacking means. Just scratch the term and go ahead, nothing to worry.

No rack mount kit - it's obvious a non-rackable format design intended to show open. Install a 19" tab instead, this should take two side by side.
