Switch WITHOUT 802.3az
I'm looking for a network switch which doesn't have 802.3az (Energy Eficient Ethernet) or where you can turn it off. Do the quoted models have the ability to turn it off? Or something with a similar ...

There is no option to enable/disable EEE (Energy Efficient Ethernet) on the GS108E and GS308E switches.
I suggest you the GS108Tv3 or the GS110TPv3 switches instead. Both the GS108Tv3 and GS110TPv3 has an option to enable/disable EEE. As reference, kindly read pages 93-94 of the GS108Tv3/GS110TPv3 user manual here on how to enable/disable EEE.
