The GS316EP is about a 200 W capable unit, 54V, delivering up to about 3.7 A, best guess, the GS316PP power supply is the very similar 200 W unit, 54V, 3.7A.
That's what I think too. But I am wondering if the original power brick is failing
I have tried the power brick for the original switch and the replacement switch, both of which provide the same capacity and are meant for PoE switches. The other switch is just unmanaged (also has the same issues).
