Two internet connections within one network

This isn't a switch question, not much the switch can help here - there is no just plug two routers to a LAN solution.

For two "standard" ISP connections, you need a Dual- or Multi-WAN-Router which does take care about the NATing to one network/LAN where your switch, your wireless access point. To my knowledge, Netgear does current not have such an offering. Rumors say some dual-WAN (Ethernet) model might become available later this year.

Cumbersome can be different technologies on the WAN-side, like two wire DSL and so on. Most of the specialized routers have Ethernet-based WAN ports. Another challenge can be connections where dual- and triple-play solutions like IPTV and phone services are involved. This does not allow to replace the ISP-provided equipment easily, too.
