No problem with that. That's perfectly correct - these are Web managed switches only. I must admit - in obvious absence of any QA and continuity rules on access and configuration - that re-creating things form the config could be nifty.

If you have a valid, recent config backup [I assume from the config fragments shown] - the K.I.S.S. would be to adjust the somehow encoded admin password in the config. Factory reset switch, set a new admin password, download the config, capture the new password hash from the config, replace the password hash in the backup config (segments like "username admin password encrypted xxxxxxxxxxx privilege 15" or "username "admin" secret 8 xxxxxxxxxxx==") and upload the config again. Effort a minute or two in a downtime, plus the time required to run to the switch, plus for the boot time.

By rule of thumb: In VLAN 5, mark all the interfaces and LAG referenced as [T]agged. Try on an unused spare port if you want, download the config and compare if you are unsure.
