Vm don't navigate -

I have two Netgear GS748T with many Host Vmware Vsphere 6.7.

Everything works correctly and the Hosts and VMs navigate without problems, with all protocols.

For our project i have a VIRTUAL Host ESX and no problem, but the VMs managed by this Virtual Host Esx can't navigate.

This VMs receive dhcp (out of Netgear GS748T) but :

1) VMs ping Virtual Host esx

2) Virtual Host esx ping VMs

3) Vms cannot ping outside of Virtual Host esx.

4) Vms cannot ping other Vms manage by other Esxi Host

I have checked all with Vmware support and all is ok of for Vmware.

Is there any block on the switch that can prevent transit from mac addresses NOT generated within the switch? But just behind the virtual host ?

I haven't set any port block or acl on netgear.

Can I enable something to resolve and allow transit ?

Thanks for support.
