What purchase date to enter for replacement devices
I received a replacement switch under warranty and want to register it. However , I don't know whether to enter the purchase date of the original (damaged) switch or the date I received the replacem...
In my experience warranties are usually based off the original purchase date.
Otherwise every time you had a device replaced under warranty, it'd reset.
So I'd go off the original date of purchase.
