XS748T ProSAFE 48-Port 10-Gigabit Smart Managed Switch - IOT Issues
Good evening, so.. I have a XS748T switch and its working fine except for my IOT devices. They wont show link lights.
(A YoLink hub and 2 raspberry pi's). I have tried the following:
1. New cables
2. A different switch (They get link lights on a UNIFI switch in the same rack)
3. I have updated to the latest firmware
4. Hard setting the speed on the port to 1Gbps
Oddity : When I reboot the switch, they get link lights for a few seconds a few times durring the switches boot up process.
Any suggestions?

The XS748T does support 10G and 1G Ethernet links only. Most RasPi are Fast Ethernet 100 Mb/s (very few exceptions, e.g. the 4B has a GbE port, the 3B+ also has a GbE port but can handle just 300 Mb/s), can't find tech specs on that hub.

I appreciate the feedback, but these are the 3B+ and negotiate 1Gbps on my other switch. I wonder if hard coding the pi's to 1Gbps will help...

Well - being color blind just bit me. You were correct, its not negotiating 1Gbps. Maybe these are a diff model pie than I thought. Anywayy.. Thanks for your help!!!
