You can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)They are there for a good reason.
You have posted your message in the section for SMART Wi-Fi, General and Legacy Routers.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Business Wireless - NETGEAR Communities
You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads. - schumakuGuru - Experienced User
Guess work only ... is the idea that the WAC104 was serving a wireless network with a wired access to the router and the rest of your LAN IP subnetwork? So configure it as an Access Point, no Wireless Repeating. The challenge is to find the WAC104 LAN IP to access the WAC104 admin page. Check your router DHCP server for the MAC address as printed on the label to locate the LAN IP.

Correction: Talking of the WAX204 here of course.
