When i go from building to building phone loses calls and often times has to be shut off and restarted to receive calls again
Will Mesh solve this problem?
Building 2 and 3 are close together Can I use Cat5 from Router to 1st building Sat. then hope fully signal will jump to final sat?
Which model has the best chanced here? It's not about cost its about only doing it once.

How are these phones connecting? What are they connecting to?
MESH is for wifi. It will do nothing to help your phones maintain a connection to the mobile phone network.

Your other problem as well is the metal buildings themselves. Metal is great at blocking wifi. You could have amazing coverage inside the building but when you go outside, non of the access points are broadcasting through the metal so they'll drop outdoors (unless you setup outdoor coverage as well).
With as many access points as you'd need to cover that much area in each building, you might be better off to check into the business line of access points.

That was my thought too. This is quite a bit of real estate to cover. But given the lack of any useful information on the number of users and what they are up to, I started off with a question that tried to get some details on that front.
Another suggestion is to look at the product pages:
Try plugging your needs into the filters on the product pages,
Orion1wolf should start with the business stuff, but also check these:
Wireless Routers for Home | NETGEAR
and
Orbi: Whole Home WiFi System for Better WiFi Everywhere | NETGEAR
Then check back here for reports on the things you are considering, but remember that people turn up in this community with problems, not compliments. So look at reviews on Amazon, for example.
I can't recall that any product pages suggest what will work in what is effectively a Faraday cage. Maybe the buildings are wired together n some way. That would open up other lines of thought.
