Connecting a GS105v5 switch to another switch
I am attempting to connect a GS105v5 switch to another switch(switch 1) any device plugged into the GS switch can not obtain a DHCP address. Any device plugged into the other switch(switch 1) can obtain a DHCP address. I have allocated in the DHCP server a class C netmask and have enough IP addresses in the DHCP range to use. Trying both a Cross Over and a Straight Eithernet cable provided me with no IP address for the GS105v5 switch.
Thank in advance for all your help.
