GS108v4 schematics or part spec wanted

Good morning,

I have a GS108v4 saved from the scrap which has the blinking power LED problem.

Testing around I found the diode PD1 potentially damaged. Alas, the print on the chip is illegible.

Please, would there be anybody with the same model who could provide me with what she/he reads on PD1?

I also would be glad to find the schematics for the GS108v4, if it comes to replace the tantalum capacitors for the voltage regulator (however, pre-v4 models obviously have 2x 1000µF/10V, electrolytic). But I would then like to put tantals with the correct specs back in.
