GS116 Switch Has Stopped Working

HI .

I registered my Prosafe GS116 switch in 2011 but now I cannot get warranty support as the web site does not recognise the email address I registered with.

How do I now log in to raise a support ticket!!!

    You might have to actually call in to do so.
