GS308 in series issue(s)
Scenario 1
ISP-->modem-->switch 1-->WAP 1 works fine and all connected devices work fine
--have moved switch 2 into switch 1's position and WAP 1 works fine and all connected devices work fine on Switch 2 in this scenario.
Scenario 2
ISP -->modem-->switch 1-->switch 2-->WAP 1 does not work at all and no connected devices work. Get failure to assign an IP when linked to WAP 1 with personal device in scenario 2
Both switches are GS308s. All cables test green on all pins for each device. Get green blinky lights on all switch ports at all times (unless device is disconnected at distant end).
Looking for potential trouble shooting steps and/or solutions.

Update: Tried Switch 1 Port 1 ----> Switch 2 Port 1 ----> WAP 1 off port 8 on Switch 2. No internet link established on personal device through WAP.
