GS316 -stopped working

No signal being provided to any Ethernet ports. Only a couple of lights are on the unit.

Power light is on. But most lights at connections are not.

- microchip8Sep 08, 2023MasterNot much you can do, then. It's an unmanaged switch with no options. Sounds it might be hardware issue. If in warrenty, contact NG. Most ProSAFE switches have lifetime warranty.

There is nothing to reset, no configuration to reset, so no button, too.
