Introducing Switch to Network
Hi I've attached a PDF with my current network and proposed, when I setup the proposed network the laptop connected to the switch couldnt see the Mac Mini, does anyone know why this would be ? ...

Hi , thanks for replying, all the link lights were on and the switch is a GS105, the subnet is 255.255.255.0 on all devices
I didnt make any changes to the devices network other than assign a fixed IP address

And all these fixed IP addresses are in the same subnet and mtch with the router subnet and DHCP? Easy possible there is IP address / subnet address typo on one of the systems involved.
