JGS524 No connection to Router/Modem

We just had a new Router/Modem installed and now I cannot get any connection to the switch. I have unplugged things from the switch and went directly into the Router/Modem and they work fine. But when I connect the switch direct, it doesnt even show connection on the Router/Modem. Any Suggestions

    This JGS524 is just an unmanaged switch which is a plug-and-play device. Please try to swap those cables and also try to move them to other ports so that we may identify if the ports are dead or it is just a faulty cable. Was this working fine before you install the new router?

     

    Just in case that you already exhaust all the possible workaround, you may open a ticket on NETGEAR support and please let them know the status of the switch. If the device is still under warranty, an online replacement will be provided.
