Negear ProSafe GS108PE - multiple 802.1q vlan on 1 port

GS108PE is one of our Prosafe Plus switches that supports VLAN. If you do have a VLAN aware router then you may try the steps below:

- Connect your computer to the same network as the switch.

- Double-click the ProSAFE Plus Utility icon. (Install the utility just in case you haven't done it)

- Create VLAN 111, 112, 113 and 114

- Select VLAN > 802.1Q > Advanced > VLAN Membership

- Assign the ports to its corresponding VLAN.

T / Tagged / Trunk is only for VLAN aware devices such as router, access points, switch, VOIP, etc.

U / Untagged / Access ports are only for non-VLAN aware devices such as printers, scanners, computer, etc.

VLAN 111, 112 and 113 (Access points with multiple SSIDs)

Port 1-3 - T or Tagged - PVID 1

Port 8 - T - PVID 1 (Uplink to router)

VLAN 114

Ports 4-7 - U - PVID 114

Port 8 - T - PVID 1 (Uplink to router)
