NETGEAR GS305

When I plug it in says I have power but none of the outlets are lighting up.

    do you have something plugged into the ports? The port lights don't come on if there isn't anything plugged into them. 

    What version do you have?

    Could you please try with different ethernet cables. Also, please let us know if you are facing this issue with all the ports ?
