NETGEAR GS308 No Internet

I have two GS308 switches with the same issue, when connected to the LAN port on the router they will not pass an internet connection.

There is no status light at all.  I have attempted multiple cables at various lengths.  All cables test out and work when connected directly to a computer.  They work perfectly between devices but neither will pass connectivity from the router to a device - no DHCP & no Internet. 

I have read some articles with similar issues, but I am not finding any valid solutions other than replacement with a different device.

    The GS308 is an unmanaged switch. There isn't anything to change on it. 

    And if they're led's aren't lighting up when connecting to the router but do when connected to other devices, it implies an issue with the router. 

    Have you tried seeing if they work on another router? 

    Or tried a different port on the router?
