Netgear unmanaged switch POE 16

Hi,

I'm seeking advice for purchasing a Netgear unmanaged switch that meets some specific requirements for my home setup. I'm looking for a switch with POE capabilities and at least 16 ports to manage the wired ethernet network in my house.

The plan is to position this switch upstream of the home setup so that all ethernet cables in the house are connected to it. I want it to be able to power some Ubiquiti access points and other devices I may add in the future, hence POE functionality is essential.

Additionally, it's important that each port has a minimum 1Gbps connection to ensure high performance across the entire network.

Do you have any suggestions for specific models of Netgear switches that might meet these needs? I'd also like to hear about your personal experiences with similar switches.

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello monon

And welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂

I would like to recommend the GS316PP switch. It features FlexPoE with 183W power and is one of our latest unmanaged switch models. While I don't have personal experience with this product, you can find more detailed information through the link provided below.
