All ports on the XS is 10Gb supporting.
What is the Intel NUC? Model # please?
Be sure that the switch is connected to port# 6 on the router as that seems to be the 10Gb LAN port for your router.
What CAT# LAN cable are you using? CAT6A STP is recommended. STP Differs from UTP cabling.
Recommend connecting 2.5 to 10Gb supporting devices to this switch to take advange of up to 10Gb speeds. If your devices are 1Gb then connect them to the main host routers 1Gb ports. Or install a non managed 1Gb LAN swtich for 1Gb supporting devices.

Hello. Thank you for the prompt reply. The NUC I tested is
NUC13ANHi7000 but as I said if I connect to the switch less speed than connected directly to the router and even connecting directly to the router in 2.5 port is extremely great, but in the switch not.
I'm using CAT 8 cable, but is not supposed if the router is perfect the connection with such cable the switch should be do the same?
This si the network card of the NUC
C:\Users\INTELNUC>wmic nic where "NetEnabled='true'" get Name, Speed
Name Speed
Intel(R) Ethernet Controller I226-V 2500000000
I see 2.5 then should work.
And for other devices then if is 1Gb is suggested use used another switch over this switch becuase as I explained the MYQ Liftmaster device a gate opener is not recognized at all and only is detected directly from router.

Happen to have another PC with high speed card installed? If so, something to try and test out with the switch, Connect both PCs to the switch and install iPerf or something you can speed test the data flow between these two PCs when connected with the switch in the middle and see if speed is slow between them or not. Would be telling.
Be sure drivers are up to date for the Intel ethernet card as well.
I see other have noticed some issues with this particular model card: https://www.reddit.com/r/intel/comments/123kjuc/anyone_else_still_having_issues_with_i226v
