You seem to be assuming that the problem is with the XS508M->NUC connection. I am thinking it might well be the router->switch path.
Are you seeing both LEDs lit green on the switch for both 10G connections?

Yes indeed despite I have CAT 8 cables the router didn't like it. I purchased other brand of CAT8 cables and worked, now all leds are green. Thank you for the PDF very illustrative and to understand all the behavior of the router.
Just the problem or curiosity:
Oh sorry about the MYQ/Liftmaster device, is the 828LM that you connect it to LAN port to supply Internet:

This one simply is not recognized, why? This device directly to routers Orbi or mine ASUS are detected cleanly, just the switch not.
