PROSAFE 16 Switch GS116

In the evening when  more neighbors are on the  Internet   and I switch channels using the channel changer, I lose   the signal from the  hopper.   This does not happen in the daytime nine to five  working  hours.    It will lnot happen if I use the guide to search and then  select a channel.

I have 9   TVs   and a  wireless  security camera system with five camers using the Internet.

It has been suggested that I can program the router to   send more signal strength  to   two or  more  TVs  in the evening, when I will  using them  as opposed to the other sets. Is this possible, and if so, who should I contact  to  do it?
