Correct PS for GS108v4?

Can someone tell me if the power supply that I located in the office is safe to use with the GS108v4?
It is NOT safe. The official specification of the power adapter for the GS108v4 is 12V at 0.5A DC input which matches the specifications of the power supply unit that came with your newly ordered GS108v4. As reference, kindly check page 2 of the GS108v4 Installation Guide here.
