Trying to get hardware support. Page does not load.

Have a Netgear switch from 2017 that went faulty.

 

Apparently it has lifetime hardware coverage

 

However, I can't connect to MY.NETGEAR.COM hardware request page.  On all my browsers, it won't load.

    What device are you using to try to access that web page? PC or phone or laptop? 
    I can access it and it gets me here: https://my.netgear.com/home.aspx

     

    What model switch do you have? 

    Connect to the ISP modem or gateway router with out the switch connected?

      Odd.  Your link took me to the right page.

      The link next to the affected product sent me to a page that kept trying to load (on Safari and Chrome)

      I was able to submit a hardware request for my Ethernet Switch, GS105v3, which at least two connectors no longer work (failed indicator lights and connection)
