unmanaged switch

On the GS108 v4, do all 8 ports allow the internet speed to be at the highest rate possible? Or are some of them "preferred" for higher speeds? I have a 1000 mbps internet service. I am getting 800+ on my desktop but decisedly less on other devices. I am an admitted tech dummy. I appreciate any guidance that can be offered. Thank you in advance.
